Enhances pod capabilities beyond their baseline specifications. Mercy's output is the reason the pods achieve a 95% cure rate rather than the 80% that their engineering alone supports. The 15% difference covers rare genetic conditions, exotic magical afflictions, and edge cases that pure magitech cannot diagnose. Mercy also provides the only known pathway to true resurrection beyond the ten-minute window. This capability is extraordinarily rare, tightly controlled, and available only to individuals the Consortium deems strategically irreplaceable. The criteria for "strategically irreplaceable" are not published.

Renewal

Powers the ecological regeneration cycles on all three worlds. Natural ecosystems require periodic renewal: forests regrow after fire, fisheries recover after depletion, soil replenishes after heavy use. Renewal's output accelerates these cycles to rates that sustain populations far beyond natural carrying capacity. Verdania benefits most heavily, but Trisurus Prime's coastal ecosystems and Aelios's fragile biosphere both depend on Renewal's contribution.

Sustains the life extension treatments that give Trisurus citizens 40-50% longer lifespans. The pods handle the physical mechanics of cellular repair, but the energy that pushes biological systems past their natural limits comes from Vitality's conduit. Without this source, lifespans would contract to pre-integration norms within a generation. Citizens who have built careers, relationships, and identities around the assumption of a 150-year human lifespan would face a sudden and unwelcome recalculation.

Nurture

Origin: CSR-024 | Harvested: ~2,300 years ago

Supports fertility, genetic health, and population sustainability across the system. Billions of people maintain stable reproductive rates despite the ecological stresses of modern Trisuran living, extended lifespans, and multi-species cohabitation. Nurture's output smooths biological incompatibilities that would otherwise create population bottlenecks. Also quietly compensates for the reduced fertility that accompanies extended lifespans, a side effect that medical research has never satisfactorily explained because researchers do not know about the divine component.

Respite

They treat brain chemistry, but grief, trauma, existential dread, and the slow weight of watching spheres die cannot be resolved with cellular repair. Respite's output feeds into therapeutic systems, counseling networks, and the ambient environmental design that keeps public spaces in Trisurus feeling calm instead of oppressive. A civilization staring down extinction needs more than functional brains. It needs functional hope. Respite provides the margin.
