Arbiters

Gods of order, law, and social cohesion. These sources underpin the systems that hold a civilization of billions, thirty refugee cultures, and seventy million constructs together without fracturing.

Devotion

Origin: CSR-018 | Harvested: ~2,900 years ago

Powers the system-wide communication layer. Mind-to-mind communication across three worlds depends on a synchronization substrate that arcane engineering provides in hardware but cannot sustain in bandwidth. Devotion's output maintains the emotional fidelity of telepathic transmissions: the difference between receiving a message and receiving the sender's intent behind it. Without Devotion, the communication network would still function, but it would flatten. Meaning would arrive. Feeling would not.

Honor

Origin: CSR-023 | Harvested: ~2,400 years ago

Enforces oathbinding, treaty integrity, and diplomatic magical contracts. Trisurus conducts diplomacy with planar entities, foreign spheres, and internal factions using magically sealed agreements. Honor's output gives these agreements weight that exceeds their arcane construction. A treaty backed by Honor's conduit does not merely record an agreement. It makes breaking the agreement feel wrong in a way the signatory cannot fully rationalize. This is useful. It is also, by any honest assessment, a form of mind-affecting magic applied without informed consent.

Unity

Origin: CSR-027 | Harvested: ~1,900 years ago

Supports refugee integration and cultural mediation systems. Thirty-plus refugee cultures living alongside native Trisurans should produce more friction than it does. The Interfaith Council functions. The cultural districts maintain identity without hardening into enclaves. Integration proceeds across generations without the assimilation pressures that historically destroy minority cultures. Unity's output feeds into the social infrastructure that makes this possible: public spaces, translation systems, cultural exchange programs, and the ambient sense that coexistence is natural rather than effortful. How much of Trisurus's celebrated tolerance is genuine and how much is divinely subsidized is a question that would poison public discourse if asked.

Sovereignty

Origin: CSR-030 | Harvested: ~1,600 years ago

Reinforces government authority and law enforcement systems. Sovereignty's output is subtle: it strengthens the legitimacy of institutional decisions in ways that make compliance feel reasonable instead of coerced. Laws feel fair. Regulations feel proportionate. Government pronouncements carry weight beyond their rhetorical merit. This is the most politically sensitive source in the network. If its existence became public, every Consortium decision for the last sixteen centuries would be retroactively suspect.

Temperance

Origin: CSR-031 | Harvested: ~1,500 years ago

De-escalates conflict at a population level. Temperance's output dampens the intensity of collective anger, fear, and panic across Trisurus's population centers. Riots that should escalate dissipate. Protests that should turn violent remain peaceful. Political divisions that should harden into factional warfare stay within the bounds of civil disagreement. The population of Trisurus is not unusually reasonable. It is being calmed. The distinction matters, though the Consortium would argue the outcome is what counts.
